working principle
Because the boiling point of water in oil is greatly reduced under high vacuum, a large amount of water can be volatilized without high temperature. The higher the degree of vacuum, the greater the drop in boiling point and the faster the water evaporates. Similarly, the higher the temperature, the faster the water evaporates. Using this principle, the water in the oil can be quickly and effectively removed through heating and high vacuum, and the impurities in the oil can be removed through the filter, finally achieving the effect of purifying the oil quality.
working process
After the oil is inhaled to the heater through the crude filter, the temperature rises, and the initial oil and gas and oil and water are separated in the
first-stage vacuum separation tank, and then the oil and gas are separated completely in the second-stage vacuum separation tank. The water and gas are removed by the booster pump and vacuum pump, and the oil is output by the oil pump and fine filter.
